Trimming your dog’s nail is an important part of maintaining their overall health. It can affect much more than appearance – even though overgrown nails are generally noticeable and unattractive. We also are here to help those who struggle with trimming their own dogs nails at home! How often should I trim my dogs nails?
Whatever frequency you settle on, it must be often enough to keep your dog’s nails short to keep their feet healthy. For most dogs trimming should take place once or twice a month. If your dog’s nails have become extremely overgrown, talk to an expert at Kayenna Spa about a process for getting your dog’s nails to a healthy length.
