Appointments
Appointments are typically booked 2-4 weeks in advance depending on the time of year and the specific groomer you wish to book with. Earlier appointments may be available but cannot be guaranteed.

Important Notes Regarding Appointments
Kayenna Spa requires a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a $26.25 fee added to your next appointment.​
Appointments are scheduled at a specific time and Kayenna Spa does not take dogs earlier than their appointment time. If a dog requires an early drop off or a late pick up 1 hour outside of their appointment time, a $26.25 kennelling fee is added to the groom.
